Fort Ellis Ranch is just five minutes from downtown Bozeman.  The homestead is a resurrected late 1800's cabin.  Nestled on 300 acres with a private two acre stream feed pond.

The Homestead sleeps up to 4 people, in 2 rooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed. All linens are included.

There are two full bathrooms, and a washer & dryer.

The kitchen has a full stove, microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator and is fully supplied with all the utensils. There is a gas barbeque on the back porch.

 There is a herd of 100-200 elk that calve every year on our property, so we like to let them have some space in the spring. The homestead is available for rent starting June 15 until September 15th. Because of the wildlife living  on or near the ranch, we ask that you keep your dogs at home or we can get you information of where to board them in the Bozeman area. 

Our Montana roots go back six generations. Please let us know if we can help plan your vacation. There are so many things to do in the area. We can line you up with tours of Yellowstone Park, fishing guides or even recommend where to grab something local to eat. The Homestead also has a bookcase full of visitor guides, maps and books by local authors. We also have wifi if you just have to "stay connected".
